About Your Role :

Reporting to the Talent Development Manager, you will work on projects that are tied to Learning & Talent Development.

Learning (40%)

  • Follow up of L&D activities & action plans for Emerging Markets/Western Europe/EMEA

  • Collaborate on learning approach for upskilling competencies for our learning portal within EMEA

Onboarding (15%)

  • Coordinate the effort of having a consistent onboarding process across EMEA.

  • Support when necessary the initiatives within Regional Office and provide support and guidelines when requested by EMEA’s affiliates Diversity & Inclusion and Sustainability (10%) • Support Diversity & Inclusion and Sustainability EMEA key learning activities.

Talent Planning (10%)

  • Contribute to the consolidation of the Talent Planning Documents to be presented to Executive Leadership Team,

  • Contributes to the preparation of Talent Councils for Brands EMEA

Others (25%):

  • Track of specific KPIs for Learning, Performance Management, Talent Planning and Engagement and help in delivery of Powerpoint presentations.

Qualifications

Profile :

  • Business school, BA degree in Human Resources Management

  • Previous experience in human resources

  • Speak fluent English, Excel skills required.

  • Autonomous, rigorous and quick in execution. You appreciate teamwork and want to learn new things.

  • Expertise in PowerPoint and Excel (pivot tabl, vlookup)
