JOB REQUIREMENTS: DIRECT HIRE Are you an experienced Process Engineer with direct experience in the food or dairy equipment industries who is ready to lead engineering projects and drive innovation across multiple disciplines? In this pivotal role, you\'ll take charge of engineering initiatives spanning process, structural, and mechanical aspects for assigned projects. You\'ll work hand-in-hand with project management and the design manager to propel projects through all design phases and commissioning. This position offers the opportunity to assume a leadership role within the engineering team, leveraging the collective expertise of your colleagues to ensure tasks are completed with both efficiency and accuracy.
