The Senior Manager, Finance, is responsible for all aspects of the accounting operations of the company and for supporting the financial planning and analysis team. This role is crucial for providing financial insights that drive strategic decision-making, ensuring financial compliance, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.

Accounting Operations:

Responsible for daily accounting operations, including, but not limited to, key accounting areas, fixed assets, accounts payable, leases, payroll, and accrual
• Perform the submission of financial statement data to the parent company
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring all documentation and processes meet required standards.

Strategic Financial Management:

• Drive process improvements and efficiencies within the finance department.
• Evaluate and recommend financial and operational systems enhancements to streamline processes.

Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure the organization's financial practices are in line with company policies

Financial Planning and Analysis:

• Where necessary, assist with the budgeting and forecasting and prepare the report (Budget Vs. Actual analysis)
• Prepare and present financial reports to the parent company

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA, preferred.

Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in accounting

Proficiency in financial accounting, SAP, and advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and other relevant accounting standards.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
