This role is responsible for the overall inventory levels and inventory integrity throughout\ Allen Engineering. This includes all inventory warehouses and related inventory\ transactional processes.\ Essential Duties and Responsibilities:\ Maintain, manage and improve visual tools & processes associated with inventory\ management throughout the entire business\ Execute actions in support of AECs annual business objectives related to\ inventory turns\ Coordinate and lead physical inventory activities on an annual basis\ Lead cycle count activities throughout the year\ Support external auditors as related to inventory accuracy and integrity\ Collect and analyze inventory variance data to determine root causes and effective\ countermeasures to assure future success\ Responsible for improving and maintaining information accuracy and integrity\ within the MRP system, Syspro, related to inventory items and transactional\ processes\ Execute Special Projects as required by AEC Management team\ Support all AEC departments in their requirements\ Other duties as assigned.
