Job Purpose: To gain real world experience in the successful manufacturing of food products

Responsibilities:

• Gain exposure to the job responsibilities of a full-time Team Leader

• Review production processes against the current Process Specification Summary

• Assist Team Leaders with information gathering to optimize performance

• Document job descriptions for key positions, identifying major accountabilities

• Assist with the supervision of a staff of approximately 15-30 employees

• The position is very hands-on - supervisors are usually in the production area “on-their-feet” about 80% of the shift

Requirements:

• Must graduate in August 2025, December 2025, or May 2026 and major in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, Agribusiness, Management, Industrial Management, or related field with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA preferred

• Demonstrated leadership, persuasive, initiative, analytical, and communication skills are necessary for success in this position

• Possess a strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial spirit

• Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States

• Applicants must not now, or any time in the future, require sponsorship for an employment visa

• This position will require access to and/or the utilization of a personal motor vehicle to get to and from the workplace.

Location and Hours:

• Location possibilities include Atlanta, GA, Austin, MN, Beloit, WI, Dubuque, IA, Osceola, IA, Rochelle, IL, Papillion, NE, or Willmar, MN

• Location is based on business needs at the time an offer is made

• Position is approximately 40 hours per week beginning late May and ending mid-August

Compensation/Benefits:

• Competitive wage

• The base pay range is $20 to $22 per hour; however, actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skill set, level of experience, and specific office location

• Paid housing allowance

• Reimbursement of all expenses incurred on the job

• Company 401k match

• Earn Paid Time off
