Thriving company in the Great Valley PA area is looking to staff a full-time Senior Tax Manager who can deliver a full spectrum of tax services for partnerships, corporations, trusts, individuals and non-profits. This role will consist of overseeing and managing the firm’s tax planning, compliance, and reporting activities. As the Senior Tax Manager, you will also review financial statements, implement tax strategies, optimize tax liabilities, assist with statutory filings, tax consulting and building strong relationships. The ideal Senior Tax Manager will coordinate the transactions of the tax department to deliver quality tax services to clients within the appropriate time frame.

What you get to do everyday

· Prepare and review tax returns

· Implement tax compliance software

· Generate tax estimates and schedules

· Prepare detailed tax reports

· Identify tax risks, recommend tax strategies

· Assist with complex tax returns

· Manage monthly financial close process

· Review changes in tax laws

· Manage and coordinate tax audits

Requirements

The ideal Senior Tax Manager will have a Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.

Other requirements for the Senior Tax Manager role include and are not limited to:

· CPA preferred

· 20+ years of public accounting tax experience

· Proven income tax compliance expertise

· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

· QuickBooks required

· Proficient in CCH ProSystem/Axcess Tax
