We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk to join our team based in Paoli, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will primarily focus on maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our customer credit applications and records.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Utilize CRM software to manage and organize files, maintaining consistency in formatting.

• Conduct regular checks on customer records for precision and update them as necessary.

• Offer exceptional customer service by resolving customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to create and manage spreadsheets.

• Perform calculations as needed to maintain accurate records.

• Scan documents as part of the data entry process.

• Use your typing skills to ensure quick and accurate data entry.

• Maintain email correspondence with customers as required.

• Utilize your 10 Key Skills to perform data entry tasks.

Requirements • Entry-level role, no prior experience is required

• Proficiency in 10 Key Skills

• Exceptional customer service abilities

• Strong data entry skills

• Ability to handle email correspondence efficiently

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word

• Capable of organizing files systematically

• Ability to perform calculations accurately

• Skilled in scanning documents

• Fast and accurate typing skills
