ManpowerGroup Mobile Engineer in Panama City, Florida

Our client, a leader in the building facilities management industry , is seeking an HVAC Technician (Mobile Engineer) to join their team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be part of the Facilities Management Department supporting facility operations and maintenance . The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills , problem-solving abilities , and effective communication skills , which will align successfully in the organization.

Location :

Panama City, FL

Pay Range :

$37 - $40 per hour (depending on experience)

What’s the Job?

  1. Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure efficient performance.

  2. Perform preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders on facility systems and equipment.

  3. Conduct inspections of building interiors/exteriors, ensuring satisfactory conditions and reporting on findings.

  4. Comply with safety procedures and propose solutions to eliminate hazards.

  5. Respond to emergencies, prepare reports, and ensure adherence to state, county, or city regulations.

What’s Needed?

  1. Valid state driver’s license.

  2. Universal CFC recovery certification.

  3. Minimum of 4 years of technical experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical equipment repair, and maintenance.

  4. Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and climb up to 30 ft ladders.

  5. Must pass background, drug/alcohol, and MVR screening processes.
