Description
Are you a student seeking rewarding, practical administrative support experience with a world class science and education firm? The ARA office in Panama City, Fl is seeking an administrative intern to work 4-6 weeks this summer. The intern will be supporting the Strategic Communication, Marketing, and Training Solution Group converting online course material to a study guide document.
Duties include:
Using Microsoft Office software
Using internal course review software
Transcribing or copying course content into study guide format
Preparing, formatting, and saving created documents
Conferring with Instructional System Designers, creative media and IT personnel
Minimum Qualifications:
Basic computer and Microsoft Office Suite experience
Must be proficient in MS Word, and snip & sketch
Must have demonstrated scholastic excellence.
