Our esteemed client in Palomar Mountain is seeking a top-tier Receptionist to act as the face of their company. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and welcoming demeanor, strong organizational abilities, and outstanding communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors upon their arrival at the office.

• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.

• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.

• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.

• Perform other administrative support tasks, such as updating and sorting files, drafting and sending correspondence, and liaising with staff.

  Requirements

• Associate's degree in a relevant field.

• Previous experience as a Receptionist or similar role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

• Superior verbal communication.

• Professional attitude and appearance.
