Join one of the global biopharmaceutical companies whose purpose is to innovate to transform the lives of patients and their families. Our client is currently hiring a Planisware Business Analyst to join their team remotely in the PST or CST. As a Planisware Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal part in defining and implementing algorithmic enhancements within the Planisware parametric estimation module using the Max-Min methodology. Additionally, you will be responsible for resource forecast analysis, interpretation, and maintenance to support operational efficiency and project management excellence. If you have at least 5 years of experience working in Planisware and within the Pharmaceutical Industry, then this is the role for you.

salary: $75 - $77.96 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

As a Planisware Business Analyst, Job duties include:

• Act as the primary business analyst for Planisware, focusing on process improvements and system enhancements.

• Collaborate closely with Planisware developers to configure the system and coordinate with informatics and Planisware users.

• Develop and maintain Planisware work breakdown structures, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.

• Support the creation and execution of UAT scripts, and provide adoption support for system enhancements.

• Conduct routine monitoring and data quality checks to support project managers in decision-making processes.

• Manage and maintain the people table module within Planisware.

Skills:

• Extensive experience in the Pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record in managing and supporting project planning and collaboration tools.

• Demonstrated project management skills with expertise in scheduling, reporting, and portfolio management.

• Ability to implement Project Management methodologies and enterprise systems effectively.

• Experience leading global multifunctional project teams and driving process changes or software solution deployments.

• Proficiency in delivering role-based business process training and fostering user adoption.

• Technical proficiency with enterprise tools such as SharePoint, Teams, and Planisware.
