Job Title: Pharmacy TechnicianJob Description

These positions are for the Outpatient Pharmacy within the Children's Hospital, serving the pediatric demographic and supporting local pediatric clinics. The Pharmacy Technician will maintain records, sort, stock, and label medications, respond to patient and healthcare provider requests, comply with regulations to maintain a clean and safe pharmacy, and process prescriptions electronically using EPIC. This role requires a reliable individual with a drive to develop their skills and learn.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 3 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Palo Alto, California.

Work Environment

The team consists of about 5 pharmacy technicians per shift in an outpatient setting. Shifts have variable start times (7:45 AM, 9 AM, or 10:45 AM) and are 8 hours long. Technicians work 1 to 2 weekend days per month.
