Job Title: Office Clerk

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Outlook and possess strong administrative and communication skills. The Office Clerk will be responsible for handling various clerical tasks to support the efficient operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

Email and Calendar Management:

  • Use Microsoft Outlook to manage emails and schedule appointments.

  • Coordinate meetings and maintain the office calendar.

Administrative Support:

  • Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, and photocopying.

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents.

Customer Service:

  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate departments.

  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.

Records Management:

  • Maintain and update electronic and physical records.

  • Ensure accurate and organized filing systems.

Supply Management:

  • Monitor and order office supplies as needed.

  • Manage inventory and ensure the office is well-stocked.

Team Support:

  • Assist other staff members with various tasks and projects as needed.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook for email and calendar management.

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience:

  • Previous experience in an office clerk or similar administrative role is preferred.

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others.

Organizational Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Additional certification or coursework in office administration is a plus.
