Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experiencedLandscape Crew Leaderto join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a clean driving record, and a passion for high-quality landscaping. This role requires hands-on work in the field while overseeing a crew to ensure efficient and high-standard project completion.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a landscape crew, ensuring efficiency and quality workmanship.
• Safely operate company vehicles, including trucks with trailers.
• Organize daily tasks, materials, and equipment for projects.
• Communicate effectively with employees and clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Perform various landscaping tasks, including planting, mulching, mowing, pruning, and hardscape installations.
• Ensure all work is completed according to company standards and client expectations.
• Train and mentor crew members to improve skills and productivity.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by enforcing company safety policies.

Qualifications:

• Leadership Experience:Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
• Driving Record:Clean driving record with reliable transportation.
• Trailer Experience:Comfortable and experienced with driving while towing a trailer.
• Landscape Knowledge:Prior experience in landscaping, including installation and maintenance.
• Organizational Skills:Strong ability to plan, coordinate, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Communication Skills:Ability to interact professionally with team members and clients.
• Physical Requirements:Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, work outdoors in various weather conditions, and lift heavy materials.
