Job description:

Reporting to the Complex's Purchasing Director, the mission is to contribute to achieving the economic objectives of the Purchasing department, particularly for the internal clients of the Complex.

The role is responsible for the reliability of information and adherence to deadlines in the management of purchasing actions.

Main Functions

Maintenance and updating of the "ADACO" database, managing the process of requesting quotes from local suppliers.

Support in sourcing, responding to requests from the hotel departments.

Management of operational incidents with suppliers across different departments.

Preparation of evaluation reports on purchasing actions.

Additional Functions

Support in the value analysis of suppliers (comparative analysis of offer sheets, CCO).

Ensure compliance with Purchasing policies and procedures in purchasing action

EDUCATION AND COMPETENCIES

Demonstrable professional experience of 3 years or more as a pantry manager, hospitality purchasing agent, or similar.

Demonstrable experience in the use of Purchasing management ERPs, contracting, or stock management.

Familiarity with the use of comparative offer tables, as well as Excel in Purchasing.

Intermediate level in English and Spanish (ability to communicate orally and in writing).

General knowledge of the supplier market in Mallorca will be highly valued.

Flexibility and availability to alternate between Purchasing tasks and pantry tasks as per operational needs.

SKILLS

Excellent analytical skills.

Strong leadership and strategic thinking.

Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work in a team, acting as a team leader.

Computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills (particularly programming and the use of pivot tables).

Knowledge of ADACO and MySQL is valued
