Kelly Services Trust Client Assistant in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida

Are you ready to utilize your skills and abilities in the financial services industry? We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a 3 + month contract Trust Client Assistant . This role is available for remote or hybrid work in Palm Beach Gardens Florida and paying $22.00 per hour.

As a Trust Client Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining client accounts, preparing essential reports, and ensuring the seamless execution of account procedures. Your excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and organizational prowess will be key in providing exceptional service to the clients, internal partners, and external stakeholders.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Prepare reports for Trust Advisors and internal business partners

  • Perform data entry, including check writing, ACH set-up, and account information editing

  • Maintain customer accounts, coordinating changes to account files, statements, and name/address information

  • Execute procedures to open/close/transfer accounts

  • Contact clients proactively and reactively for routine requests, crisis resolution, and problem-solving

  • Acquire a basic understanding of trust agreements/documents

  • Serve internal and external clients including trust beneficiaries, vendors, colleagues in remote locations, and financial advisors at outside institutions

  • Prepare reports for annual account reviews

  • Perform data entry, including check writing, ACH set-up, and account information editing

  • Access statements, account data, and tax reports from various proprietary databases

  • Maintain customer accounts, coordinating changes to account files, statements, and name/address information

  • Monitor clients' daily cash positions for overdrafts and exceptions to cash policy

  • Ensure sufficient funds are available in accounts to meet trust agreement objectives

  • Execute procedures to open/close/transfer accounts; collect assets from brokers or outside institutions

  • Proactively and reactively contact clients for routine requests, crisis resolution, and problem-solving

Position Qualifications:

  • 2 - Year College Degree

  • 2 years in a customer contact position

  • 2 years communication experience (telephone, written/email, verbal) in an office environment

  • 1 year experience using automated systems

  • 1 year Microsoft Office experience
