Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Trade/Sales Assistant in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The person in this role will be entrusted with the task of managing accounts, executing transactions, and providing support to advisors in a financial services environment.

Responsibilities:

• Guide advisors on the procedures for opening new accounts and facilitate their submission into the platform.

• Handle the execution of transactions, including the purchase and sale of deposits or withdrawals.

• Educate advisors on the setup of systematic deposits and withdrawals within the platform.

• Respond promptly and effectively to inquiries from advisors.

• Manage transactions involving both experience in and Non-experience in Money.

• Utilize CRM and Crystal Reports for data processing and account management.

• Leverage skills in cash handling and buying processes to ensure efficient cash activity.

• Use ADP - Financial Services and Concur software for financial management.

• Handle inbound calls, providing timely and accurate information to callers.

• Ensure accurate record-keeping using the About Time software. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is essential for the role

• Must be adept at using Concur for managing expenses and invoices

• CRM expertise is required to manage customer relationships effectively

• Knowledge of Crystal Reports for generating dynamic reports is necessary

• Strong data processing skills to handle high volumes of data accurately

• Familiarity with About Time for efficient time and project management

• Should be comfortable answering inbound calls as part of customer service

• Understanding of buying processes to facilitate smooth trade operations

• Experience in cash activity and related financial transactions is required

• Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly as part of cash handling duties
