This is an opportunity to join a top-notch power MOSFET design team. As part of Renesas’s Rad Hard design team, this Engineer will work on next-generation power MOSFET products for space and other multiple markets.

Qualifications

We are seeking an MOSFET Engineering Technician to characterize cutting edge discrete power MOSFETs for low-to-medium Voltage applications. You will participate in the full product cycle from the device engineering phase through final product characterization. This will involve developing test and characterization methods to demonstrate device performance, reliability, and electrical and thermal limits. You will interface with a team of highly experienced device and process integration engineers to develop reliable, high performance devices for some of the world’s most demanding applications and customers. This is a high visibility position with potential to make significant business and technological impacts.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform wafer-level electrical and thermal characterization of discrete MOSFET prototypes.

• Compile measurement results for review by MOSFET designers.

• Work closely with design engineers to develop and implement robust MOSFET characterization methodologies.

Requirements:

• US Citizenship or Permanent Resident status

• Pursuing degree or relevant experience in Engineering Technology or relevant field
