Store person – Pakenham

We are looking for a talented Store person to join our high performing team based in Pakenham .

In this role you will be part of our high functioning team and work the day shift. We are happy to train up the right candidate for this role. Potential to upskill and learn parts interpreting skills and assist the parts team during busy periods.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Receive, handle, store, perform system transactions and dispatch goods in warehouse

• Receive incoming goods, accurately sort, label/package, store goods and arrange storage to optimize warehouse space

• Check for damages and for discrepancies between goods and invoices

• Pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing goods according to written or verbal requests or orders

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders

• Potential to upskill and learn parts interpreting skills and assist the parts team during busy periods

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

• Previous warehousing/stores experience is preferable, but we are happy to train the right candidate!

• Automotive / Mechanical knowledge or skills is advantageous

• Willingness to learn Parts Interpreting skills and systems

• A current Forklift license is advantageous

• Intermediate computer skills and willing to learn new systems and processes quickly

• Great communication and customer service skills

Compensation and Benefits

• Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm
