What you’ll do:

The A-Shift Supervisor is a member of the Site Management Team. Primarily responsible for the daily management and supervisory control of Group Living operations under the supervision of the Director of Group Living and/or Program Director. Ensures ROP programs are being implemented in accordance with ROP policies and procedures and Federal, State and Local Licensing requirements. This is a salaried management position. You will have full and direct supervision of a team of full-time employees and will be scheduled Sunday through Tuesday 7am -8pm and every other Wednesday 7am-8pm.

To be considered, you should:

  • Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public/Business Administration, Behavior Science, Counseling, Secondary Education, Health, Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Social/Human Services OR any equivalent combination numbers of years’ experience, education and/or training that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position. Military experience and training is acceptable.

  • Three (3) years of experience in a juvenile treatment (Residential, Behavioral, Dentition, Corrections, etc.) Related and/or equivalent experience may be substituted with approval.

  • One (1) year supervisory experience & Have a demonstrated ability to manage multiple people and projects.

  • Possess a working knowledge of the Positive Operational Culture /Behavioral Modification Program.

  • Be at least 21 years of age.

  • Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
