For over 40 years Rite of Passage has been a provider of programs and opportunities for troubled and at-risk youth from social services, welfare agencies and juvenile courts. With an emphasis on evidence-based practices and positive skill development, combined with our supportive and therapeutic approach, our organization is respected by industry experts as a highly effective solution for our youth. Since 1984, over 25,000 youths have entered and completed our programs. ROP has built its reputation on running life-changing educational treatment programs that positively contribute to the community.
The Director of Group Living is a member of the Hope Forest Academy Management Team, oversees residential services and living units and serves as the Program Director in his/her absence. Primarily responsible for managing all available resources in a manner that provides the students with the highest level of care and to ensure the Rite of Passage Program is being implemented in accordance with ROP policies and procedures and Federal, State and Local licensing requirements. The Director of Group Living reports to the Program Director and manages the Shift Supervisors and all direct-care staff.

To be considered, you should:
Possess a BA/BS in a related field (Master’s Degree preferred). Substitute degree requirement with experience as long as actively pursuing a related degree
Have 4 years of related experience in residential facility management or equivalent leadership experience
Have a demonstrated ability to lead, communicate effectively, work well on a team, and manage multiple people and priorities
