Job Title: Maintenance Technician (Night Shift)

Location: Monroe, NC

Pay Rate: $80,000 - $85,000 per year

Hours: 6:00PM - 6:00 AM, 2-2-3 schedule (Will train on 1st shift)

Job Description: This large manufacturing

company is seeking skilled and reliable Maintenance Technicians to join their

team. Maintenance Technicians will be responsible for maintain and repairing

production equipment to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment.

• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.

• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.

• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred.

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to work night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
