What You’ll Be Doing:

Craft Culinary Delights : Prepare food of consistent quality using recipe cards and portion standards. Your attention to detail will make every dish a masterpiece!

Smart Prep : Start food items ahead of time without over-preparing—nobody likes leftovers that linger!

Stay Fresh : Date all food containers and rotate perishables according to Crescent standards to keep everything delicious and safe.

Check and Balance : Monitor your inventory, determine what you need for the shift, and help keep the buffet stocked and ready to impress.

Waste Not, Want Not : Return unused food items to storage, ensuring perishables are covered and dated like a pro!

Cost Control Champion : Help devise plans to minimize food costs, waste, and losses while keeping everything in line with Crescent standards.

Master the Kitchen Tools : Operate and maintain kitchen equipment like deep fryers, broilers, stoves, and mixers to perfection—safety first!

Be a Reliable Team Player : Comply with attendance rules and bring your best self to work every day.

Versatile & Ready : Jump in and perform any other job-related duties as needed—every day brings new opportunities!

What We’re Looking For:

  • Communication Skills : Must be able to communicate in English and interact positively with guests and co-workers.

  • Positive Attitude : Bring a self-starting personality and a willingness to lend a hand—teamwork makes the dream work!

  • Physical Stamina : Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 100 lbs. continuously, with dexterity to operate food machinery.

  • Adaptability : Stay cool under pressure and adapt to changes in the kitchen with ease.
