Full Cycle Recruiter needed in Paducah, KY! Robert Half is looking for a Recruiter with a minimum of 2 years full cycle recruiting experience. The Recruiter position is onsite in Paducah, KY with shift first hours (Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm with a 1 hour lunch break). We are looking for a Recruiter to start right away in this long-term contract opportunity!

Responsibilities of the Recruiter:

• Send daily updates with tracking of candidates, who interviewed that day, offers made, etc.

• Follow up on leads

• Strategizing where to find candidates in a very high demand/high turnover field

• Recruit candidates from job postings and referrals

• Conduct interviews and post positions

• Attend career fairs / other recruiting events as needed

• Work with HR Specialist to kick off pre hire compliance requirements (i.e. Background Check, Drug Screen, etc.)
