Job Summary

Participates in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care, within the objectives, standards, and policies of the department. Cooperates with members of the nursing and medical staffs and other hospital departments.

Qualifications

Education: Completion of a formal education program in practical nursing.

Licensure/Certification: Current state licensure; BLS certification preferred

Knowledge & Skills: Phone Nurse must be have great communication skills, medical terminology background experience. Need patience and critical thinking skills.

Monday through Thursday possible Friday. No weekends, holidays, or call.
