Eastman Turnaround and Reliability Manager in Pace, Florida

Responsibilities
This position is critical to the success of our turnarounds and equipment reliability program at Eastman’s Pace, Florida site. Responsibilities include turnaround coordination and scheduling, equipment reliability program management and other projects as assigned. Any other assigned projects will be selected as to not interfere with the turnaround or reliability focus.
Responsibilities
Work safely and promote the Eastman safety vision
Communicate safety expectations to execution forces and monitor for compliance
Ensure adherence to Eastman Playbook for all turnarounds
Manage turnaround planning meetings and gate reviews in accordance with established schedules, milestones, budget and customer requirements
Work with turnaround and area personnel to monitor, document and report on the progress of work, budget and schedule
Provide regular communication to management, steering team and stakeholders
Develop, review and approve detailed contractor and Eastman work schedules as needed
Coordinate Eastman resources and contractors on work execution
Monitor daily performance of execution forces
Assist with job kits, plans and site material management related to turnarounds
Lead the predictive maintenance program for rotating equipment including vibration, oil analysis and other predictive maintenance technologies
Partner closely with Operations to improve equipment availability and process reliability reducing unplanned production losses
Lead projects that provide engineered solutions to complex problems that increase equipment and process reliability
Lead and manage Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) investigations
Provide general oversight and field management of turnaround work and reliability activities
Qualifications
Unwavering commitment to personnel and process safety
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Engineering highly preferred
Must have experience leading turnarounds or construction projects
Experience with root cause analysis (RCA) methodologies
Experience managing equipment predictive maintenance plan with asset management software (SAP, iAlert preferred)
Experience with scheduling programs, such as Primavera
Basic knowledge of electrical power distribution systems
Understanding of common predictive and diagnostic technologies for rotating and fixed equipment
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Effective group facilitation and interpersonal skills and the ability to work with and lead cross-functional working teams
Must be highly motivated, self-directed and able to manage own project portfolio
Service-oriented, customer-focused and strong analytical capabilities
