Sevita Licensed Vocational Nurse in Oxnard, California
NeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans.
Our NeuroRestorative facility located in Oxnard, CA, is a fully licensed JCAHO accredited Congregate Living Healthcare (CLHF) facility that specializes in brain, spinal cord and other life-altering injuries and medically-complex illnesses. We offer in-patient treatment in a residential home-like setting to individuals of all ages, which includes Neurorehabilitation, respite, post-acute, and sub-acute care. We offer a variety of services including amputee care, complex wound care, G- and J- tube feedings, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, multiple IV Antibiotic therapy, pulmonary care, social & recreational activities, and more.

10 bed facility
Full-time DAY shift available: 7:00 am to 7:00 pm
OT past 8 th hour
DT past 12 th hour
Low patient ratios

The heart of what we do is support and serve people with brain injury
Conduct assessments, implement health care plans, and respond to changes of condition
Communicate with the physician and external medical centers to ensure consistency of essential medical information
Monitor and ensure physicians orders are documented and carried out as prescribed
Qualifications:
Current state LPN/LVN License
Current CPR certification
Excellent assessment skills with the ability to exercise critical thinking in the clinical environment
Effective communication skills – ability to communicate with team members, medical professionals, those we serve, and their families
