Aerotek Maintenance Technician in Oxford, North Carolina

Description:

Industrial Electrician with the skills and knowledge to effectively troubleshoot and repair varied equipment and systems. Strong root cause analysis skills required to eliminate recurring failures

• Troubleshoot AC/DC motor controls, 3 phase power distribution, and industrial machine controls with or without a schematic

• Wire transformers, drives, motors, and other industrial electrical equipment.

• Able to interpret PLC ladder logic and troubleshoot electrical control systems including PLC, robotics, servos, drives, and touch-screens using a laptop including Allen Bradley, GE, and Siemens brands

• Basic knowledge of facility building utility systems (boilers, chillers, air compressors, etc.)

• Maintain required records, including maintenance work orders, PLC program documentation and electrical drawings.

• New equipment electrical installation and upgrades

• Assist in training of other technicians and maintenance staff.
