Job Title: Facilities Maintenance/Boiler Technician

Job Description

We are seeking an Industrial Electrician with the skills and knowledge to effectively troubleshoot and repair varied equipment and systems. Strong root cause analysis skills are required to eliminate recurring failures. Responsibilities include:

• Troubleshoot ulities within plant with a focus around boilers

• Basic knowledge of facility building utility systems (boilers, chillers, air compressors, etc.).

• New equipment mechanical and electrical installation and upgrades.

• Assist in the training of other technicians and maintenance staff.

• Must be able to respond to plant emergencies.

• Follow company standards and safety regulations. Identify unsafe conditions and make corrections when appropriate.

Hard Skills

• Troubleshoot AC/DC motor controls

• 3 phase power distribution

• Industrial machine controls

• New equipment electrical installation

Soft Skills

• Root cause analysis

• Training of other technicians

• Responding to plant emergencies

• Following company standards and safety regulations

This is a fully on-site position in Oxford, North Carolina.
