Process Engineer:

As a Process Engineer , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our manufacturing operations. In this full-time role, you will leverage your expertise to develop, implement, and refine processes that align with customer specifications while optimizing operational efficiency.

You will lead product and process development projects from inception to first article approval, utilizing both standard manufacturing processes and rapid prototype technologies. Working closely with our management team and production staff, you will create detailed written processes and instructions to foster best practices across production areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Development:

  • Handle product and process development projects, from initial concept through first article approval.

  • Develop and refine processes to ensure compliance with customer specifications and industry standards.

  • Documentation:

  • Create and maintain detailed written processes and instructions.

  • Establish and document best practices within production areas to optimize efficiency.

  • Technical Support:

  • Provide technical assistance to various departments.

  • Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations across all operations.

  • Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and cost reduction.

  • Drive the implementation of innovative manufacturing solutions, including rapid prototyping.

  • Collaboration & Training:

  • Work closely with employees and the management team to support organizational goals.

  • Participate in extensive training programs and provide feedback to foster continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing or aerospace environment. College degree in materials science, mechanical or industrial mandatory.

  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of standard manufacturing processes, rapid prototyping technologies, and process optimization tools.

  • Detail-Oriented: Keen eye for detail with the ability to meet deadlines and produce accurate, precise results.

  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to create effective documentation and collaborate across teams.

  • Self-Motivated: Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.

  • Commitment to Excellence: Passion for maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and environmental compliance.

Pay range from $80k-$100k plus full benefits including health, life, dental and vision. Plus a 401k match.

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
