TEKsystems Financial Customer Support Associate in Owings Mills, Maryland

TEKsystems is currently searching for qualified candidates for multiple

Financial Operations Support positions with a reputable company in Owings Mills, MD!

Job Description:

  • Financial Service Associates to support their Retail Asset Management department.

  • Will be discerning a lot of written information so need to be comfortable reading a lot of documents.

  • Will have small phone work as well (only about 10% of the time)

  • Will be navigating a lot of systems throughout the day.

  • Will have clients that have 200-300 accounts that they are processing the right things for.

  • Will be processing everything that is coming from phone, web, and paper.

  • Reviewing paperwork, emails, phone transcriptions.

  • Need to discern what the client wants to do.

  • Will average 350-400 activities a month.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Recent experience in an administrative environment

  • Experience processing documents, invoices, check processing, etc.

  • Tech Savvy and experienced in Microsoft Office

Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm EST

  • This is a fully onsite position and will require you to commute to Ownings Mills
