Lakeside Book Company Manufacturing Supervisor - 11964 in Owensville, Missouri
Salary Range: $59,000 - $94,000 based upon experience with an annual incentive bonus
Work Hours: 3p-3a (press) 7p-7a (bind) 4-crew {36 hours week 1 and 48 hours per week 2, work only half the days in a year!
Location: 1005 Commercial Drive, Owensville, MO 65066
As a Manufacturing Supervisor you will:
- Set direction and tone as a front line leader for employees involved in printing or binding printed product
- Make operational decisions to ensure efficient and quality processing
- Provide instruction, coaching, and development to employees
- Create, implement and audit work processes that continually evolve and improve
- Seek out, suggest and implement automated and other enhancements to processes and workflows
- Source and analyze data to address gaps or maximize opportunities to enhance quality, efficiency and productivity
- Ensure equipment maintenance and adequate stocks of required supplies and raw materials
Qualifications:.
- 5 years in a manufacturing environment delivering solutions
- 2 years of experience directly managing people
- Experience working with data
- Working knowledge of continuous improvement processes
