Duties & Responsibilities
Batch concrete loads according to specifications
Ability to understand uses of various mix designs
Schedule delivery of aggregates, admixtures and supplies to the plant
Operate equipment safely and effectively
Perform servicing and maintenance
Take orders from customers and issue drivers delivery tickets
Diagnose problems and performs mechanical repair and maintenance
Performs other duties as assigned by manager
Education and/or Experience Required
High school diploma or GED required
Proficient in mechanical repairs, accurate math skills, and concise communication skills are required
Previous computer experience required
Certificates, License, Registrations
Valid driver’s license (Class B CDL preferred)
Ability and willingness to pass ACI level 1 certification within 6 months
