This role focuses on optimizing efficiency, driving cost control measures, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services to internal and external stakeholders. By fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, the Production Manager plays a key role in achieving strategic business objectives and cultivating a motivated and high-performing team. Essential Job Responsibilities: Leadership and Team Development Oversee all personnel-related activities, including recruitment, performance appraisals, coaching, and professional development to cultivate a skilled and engaged workforce. Foster a positive team culture that promotes collaboration, accountability, and excellence at all levels. Delegate effectively while ensuring clear communication of expectations and goals to team members. Operational Excellence Develop and manage annual budgets with a focus on cost-efficiency, productivity, and quality performance. Design and implement processes, procedures, and performance metrics to drive consistent and measurable improvements in operational efficiency. Proactively address workflow challenges to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products to customers. Continuous Improvement and Innovation Lead initiatives that enhance employee communication, streamline processes, and improve equipment and automation systems. Champion a culture of continuous improvement by designing and implementing programs that foster innovation and efficiency. Safety and Compliance Develop and implement safety programs and goals aimed at minimizing workplace hazards and fostering a safety-first culture. Conduct regular safety and staff meetings to maintain compliance and ensure team alignment on key policies. Maintain rigorous documentation to exceed internal and external regulatory standards. Customer and Stakeholder Collaboration Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal departments, external customers, and vendors to ensure alignment on expectations and objectives. Act as a liaison to provide exceptional customer service, resolve concerns, and build long-term partnerships. Facility and Quality Management Drive initiatives to maintain plant cleanliness and establish a high standard of workplace organization. Design and oversee quality assurance programs to consistently deliver products that exceed customer expectations. Other Responsibilities Represent the department in cross-functional meetings and strategic discussions. Continuously evaluate and improve business processes to align with evolving industry standards and company goals. Travel as needed to meet customer or business demands. Qualifications: Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (strongly preferred). Minimum of 5 years' experience in production management, with a proven track record of driving results. Skills and Competencies Expertise in designing and managing complex programs, including measurement and auditing processes. Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and develop talent. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outl ok). Ability to work collaboratively across all organizational levels to achieve shared goals.
