A. Duda & Sons Inc. Administrative Assistant - Corporate in Oviedo, Florida

A. Duda & Sons Inc., has an opening for a full time, hourly Administrative Assistant - Corporate who will provide support to the Corporate VP, HR department, President/CEO, COO, CFO, and Administrative Officer and other executives as needed.

The Administrative Assistant must be able to fulfill the following job duties:

  • Provide administrative support to Corporate VP, HR and the HR department on daily administrative tasks including scanning files, invoices, managing calendars, expense reporting, file management, preparing meeting materials, charitable giving support, and the ACRE site administration

  • Project related administrative work (i.e. creating org charts, preforming HRIS-related tasks, coordinating document productions, board report preparation, and travel arrangements

  • Administrative support for various departments including corporate legal, corporate communications and the switchboard/reception as needed

  • Provide support for corporate wellness initiatives, employee recognition events and employee activity committee events

  • Provide support for corporate risk and investment and corporate insurance functions  

    Requirements:

    A high school Diploma is required and bachelor’s degree preferred, along with being HIPAA trained/certified. One to three years’ experience in Administrative support with at least 1 year supporting the HR function, as well as advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

    This is a full-time, hourly-paid position. Core operating hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m.
