High Volume Recruiter Hybrid W2 Ongoing Contract

A remarkable opportunity awaits a high-volume recruiter with expertise in building a strong rapport with hiring managers and candidates. This role demands a recruiter who excels in managing large-scale recruitment needs with finesse, seamlessly navigating the fast-paced nature of high-volume recruiting in the Finance Industry. The ideal candidate thrives in client-facing interactions and is adept at understanding the nuanced requirements of both candidates and employers within the landscape. By leveraging their extensive experience and relationship-building skills, this recruiter will play a pivotal role in driving recruitment efforts, ensuring optimal staffing solutions that contribute to the growth and success of the organization.

Required

* 2+ years of HIGH-VOLUME FULL CYCLE recruiting experience, ideally with financial roles.

* Ability to work in Overland Park, KS office 2-3 days a week at our client

* Experience handling a req load of 20+ and with a monthly fill target of 12 +

* Experience with Strategic Sourcing (Boolean, X-Ray, passive candidate sourcing, etc.)", "Grassroots Recruiting (Career fairs, local advertising via billboards and flyers, door-to-door, etc.)", High Volume, Reporting

* Education: High school diploma or equivalent
