Hybrid Claims Assistant opportunity in Overland Park, KS

The Claims Assistant performs customer service and/or claims processing functions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Assign and Register New Claims.

· Answer Incoming Customer Service Calls.

· Receive new losses and verifies accuracy of information via coverage.

· Register new loss information on system.

· Perform all file updates in system as directed by claim reps/team leader.

· Register loss payments in system.

· Provide customer service to agent’s insureds clients and other customers.

· Prepare all loss registration forms.

1-year previous claims processing experience required. Shift: 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.50
