Gather and analyze functional and technical requirements. Create business and functional use-cases by defining the project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, and schedules. Create user stories, design mockups and wireframes to communicate visual flow and finalize the requirements. Analyze existing processes and work flows. Review and validate solutions to ensure compatibility and consistency with industry best practices. Perform GAP Analysis. Identify root cause of defects and deploy solutions. Skills Required: Java, .Net, IBM BPM, IBM FileNet, SQL, Jira, PHP and Agile. Bachelors degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering (any) with 2 years of experience in job offered or related occupation is required. Work location: Overland Park, KS and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
