Elektroingenieur (m/w/d) für HV-Routine-Prüfungen

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Unterstützung der Produktion bei der Durchführung von elektrischen Routineprüfungenam bestehenden und am neuen HV Routinetester

• Sicherstellen einer lückenlosen Dokumentation der elektrischen Routineprüfungen

• Analyse von elektrischen Ausfällen, Erstellung eines Maßnahmenplans sowie Umsetzung von Korrektur- und Abstellmaßnahmen

• Vorbereitung, Aufbau und Durchführung von fertigungsbegleitenden elektrischen Prüfungen sowie bei Neueinführung von Produkten in Zusammenarbeit mit READ und HV PM

• Unterstützung der Fertigung bei der Durchführung von Factory Acceptance Tests und Kundenaudits

• Vorbereitung und Durchführung von erforderlichen Schulungsmaßnahmen inkl. Wirksamkeitsüberprüfung

• Erstellung von relevanten Standard Work Instructions für den Fertigungsbereich

• Mitarbeit bei technischen Optimierungen der Anlagen und Prozesse

• Vorantreiben der Produktivitäts-/Effizienzsteigerungs­programme, sowie Anwendung aller relevanten der TEOA-Tools

• Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit im Unternehmen und mit Zulieferbetrieben

Ihr Profil:

• Bachelor, Master oder Diplom Ingenieur (FH/TU) mit der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik, vorzugsweise Energie- oder Hochspannungstechnik

• Berufserfahrung im Bereich elektrischer Routineprüfung von Mittel- und Hochspannungsanwendungen

• Erfahrung in einem global agierenden Unternehmen wünschenswert

• Fähigkeit unter Zeit- und Termindruck Probleme zu lösen

• Sicherheitsbewusstes Handeln, sowie vorausschauende und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

• Durchsetzungsvermögen, Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten

• Hohes Maß an Flexibilität, Kooperationsfähigkeit und Eigenmotivation

• Hands-On Mentalität

• Sehr gutes Verständnis produktionsrelevanter Kennzahlen

• Sichere PC-Kenntnisse (MS Office-Anwendungen)

• Sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift zwingend erforderlich sowie Englisch in Wort und Schrift
