Job Description

As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and renovation of trailers. Your tasks include hooking trailers up to electrical sources to check and replace light bulbs or cracked switches, cleaning, and performing basic replacements for tiles, hardwood, etc. You will also handle more extensive remodel work as the final step. Your responsibilities also include cleaning the units as there is no separate cleaning team.

Hard Skills

• * must have a working at heights certification*

• Comfortable using a variety of hand tools (power drills, power screw drivers, saws, wrenches, etc.)

• Experience in building maintenance (minimum 6 months, residential or commercial)

Soft Skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks based on weather and urgency

• Self-management and decision-making under minimal supervision

Work Environment

• The work environment is a combination of indoor and outdoor work.

• Personal protective equipment like safety glasses, hard hat, and vest are provided, but you must own steel-toed boots and appropriate clothing.

• Work hours are from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM with scheduled breaks and a strict start and finish time.

• No weekends, no overtime.

• Pay dependent on experience, $22-$25
