Job Title: Repacker

Job Description

The Repacker will be responsible for repacking products into smaller bins. The role requires basic computer skills, the ability to use a computer and RF Scanner, and the capability to perform repetitive physical work.

Responsibilities

• Repack products into smaller bins.

• Utilize computer and RF Scanner.

• Maintain inventory using scan guns.

• Perform general labor tasks such as packaging, kitting, and unloading.

Essential Skills

• 6+ months of warehouse experience or solid work history.

• Basic computer literacy.

• Experience with RF scan guns.

• Detail-oriented and capable of lifting 35 lbs.

• Ability to wear steel-toe shoes/boots at all times.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management.

• Proficiency in using warehouse equipment.

• Strong organizational skills.

Work Environment

The work environment is a very big, clean, well-lit, and organized warehouse. Normal working hours for the 1st shift are from 6am-2:30pm, but typically extend to 5am-3:30pm for a 50-hour work week. Overtime is also possible on Saturdays. The 2nd shift runs from 3:00pm - 11:30pm, with overtime available during the week and on Saturdays. The weekend shift operates from 6am-4:30pm on Saturday and Sunday.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $21.00/hr.
