Kuehne+Nagel Local IT Support Expert in other, China
You will be part of our Information Technology team, adding your expertise + skills to the delivery of Customer + Operational Excellence.
Your Role
Your primary objective will provide a first point of contact for employees who are seeking IT assistance. You will collaborate with global teams to implement high quality solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities
You will do this by working with a variety of internal stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives:
To setup + configure company deployed applications (e.g. Windows 10 OS, MS Office, Acronis, BitLocker,Lansweeper, Zoom, Kaseya etc.).
To provide resolutions for issues raised via remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques +pertinent questions.
To be responsible for tracking + administering our IT assets.
To comply with all internal standard help desk procedures (e.g. ticket logging, recording of incidentresolution).
To update stakeholders on incident resolution progress on a timely basis
To improve customer service quality by evaluating + re-designing processes, establishing + communicatingservice metrics, monitoring + analyzing results
To prepare error diagnostics + detailed problem descriptions for escalation as required
To perform assigned routine tasks related to IT.
Your Skills and Experiences
Your strong technical skills + knowledge of IT management, along with your stakeholder relationships will be the key to your success.
