Expected salary range of $170,100 to $189,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

Accountable as Functional Manager for providing corporate oversight and support of contracting and services activity across the Constellation nuclear fleet. Provide leadership to developing, standardizing, implementing, and institutionalizing contractor related process, equipment, and productivity improvements. Interface with Outage Services and Project Management in performance management of contractors at the nuclear stations.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Serves as single point of contact for Constellation’s key Alliance Partners with respect to fleet performance and strategy.

  • Coordinates and facilitates Alliance Partner meetings such as Management Review Meetings and Advisory Board meetings.

  • Engages with cross-functional teams to resolve disputes, support innovation opportunities, and build relationships between Constellation and its key partners.

  • Manage the IOC or Vendor contracts to ensure compliance with contract terms.

  • Work with peers on developing and implementing outage and cost reduction initiatives across the nuclear stations.

  • Institute development and implementation of craft utilization improvement programs.

  • As necessary, Interface with Local Craft Building Trades Unions, Regional and District Councils, and International Representatives, solving outage services problems and issues that involve their membership when Constellation must be involved in the issue.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Area or Business and 10+ years of experience in project management, engineering, construction, or power plant operations/maintenance OR

  • 15+ years of experience in project management, engineering, construction, or power plant operations/maintenance, preferably in the nuclear industry.

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Personal computer (PC) knowledge, and willing to travel

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Current or previous SRO license or certification FLS / managerial experience Labor Relations Experience

Outage Services line management experience
