Global Finishing Solutions Machine Operator Lead in Osseo, Wisconsin
About This Opportunity
The Machine Operator Lead is responsible for operating and programming CNC production machines. In this role, Machine Operator Lead will operate various production equipment along with leading continuous improvement projects and other related activities as assigned. The Machine Operator Lead will be responsible for the safety, quality and productivity of a team of employees on the production floor.

What You Will Do
Understands, follows and enforces all established safety, health, quality and Company policies, procedures and recognized practices
Anticipate, negotiate and manage conflicts, problems changing situation and deadlines.
Possess a willingness to continually learn new skills and processes
Communicate effectively to direct and motivate team and others.
Read materials to interpret and analyze content. Including reports, schedules, blueprints, drawings, work instructions, layouts, etc.
Maintain a commitment to promote a respectful and productive team environment; assist and train others as needed
Follow and complete the daily production schedule, including changes that may occur throughout the day.
What You Have to Offer
High School Diploma or GED
One-year certificate from technical school
5+ years of experience in manufacturing
Years of experience may be substituted for certificate
1-2 years of leadership experience is preferred.
