Job Description:
Position: LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse
Shift: 6am-2:30pm
Status: Part-Time

Specifically, as a LPN you will:
Provide direct patient care through medication and treatment administration
Observe and manage acute changes in condition
Provide a safe, comfortable, home-like environment
Required Qualifications:
LPN degree from an accredited school of nursing
Current licensure in the State of Wisconsin as a Licensed Practical Nurse

Our Residential Care Apartment Complex (RCAC) features 24 apartments and is attached to the skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.
