As a business partner and an extension of the overall HR team, the Human Resources Generalist will work with the organization\'s People Leaders and employees to provide a culture that supports innovation and continuous improvement. What You Will Do Support, maintain, and update the current Learning Management System (LMS) that is utilized to manage training. Assist in the review, testing, and implementation of system upgrades or patches. Act as backup for our Payroll process. Facilitate full-cycle recruiting and hiring of candidates for hourly production positions to mid-level professional positions within the company. This includes sourcing, reviewing, screening, and interviewing applicants to match experience with specific job-related requirements. Recommend process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes, and/or major variations from the established policy that must be approved by appropriate leadership prior to implementation. Write, maintain, and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Assist in the development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Develop and maintain affirmative action program, file EEO-1 annually, maintain all records, reports, and logs to conform to EEO regulations. Manage a variety of employee-related processes and projects. Assist in organizational training and development efforts. What You Have to Offer Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources or related field 3-5 years of human resource experience in a manufacturing environment, including recruitment, employee relations, and employee engagement; or a combination of education and experience.
