Responsibilities

5 Axis CNC Machinist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced 5 Axis CNC Machinist to join our team of manufacturing professionals. As a 5 Axis CNC Machinist, you will play a vital role in our production process by operating and programming advanced 5-axis CNC machines to create precision components. Your expertise will contribute to the creation of complex and intricate parts for various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and program 5-axis CNC machines to manufacture high-precision components following engineering drawings and specifications.

• Perform tool changes, offsets, and adjustments to ensure accurate and efficient machining processes.

• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to optimize machining strategies and achieve desired outcomes.

• Monitor and maintain machine performance, conducting regular inspections and routine maintenance as needed.

• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues that may arise during the machining process and implement corrective actions.

• Ensure that finished parts meet strict quality standards by conducting thorough inspections using precision measuring tools.

• Work with various materials, including metals, plastics, and composites, adapting techniques for different material properties.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
