Position objective

We are now looking for a new colleague to join our dedicated Quality Assurance team in Norway, to work across our sites in Oslo and in Lillestrøm. It is a highly motivated and diverse team of 17 colleagues with a passion to ensure high quality of products/services to our customers. The position is a permanent position.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate across function, leveraging others’ quality and manufacturing expertise to troubleshoot problems, interpret data, determine next steps, and create technical report

  • Ensure compliance with site procedures, regulatory requirements and ISO 1348

  • Plan and conduct internal and supplier audits and manage the internal audit schedule

  • Managing environmental programs at the site

  • Facilitate root cause and risk analyses

  • Serve as Quality Owner for corrective/preventive actions

  • Be Quality Lead in Quality and Operational Projects

  • On occasion undertake delegated tasks for Manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in biology, chemistry, biochemistry, chemical engineering, or a related field, OR extensive practical experience

  • Solid knowledge of GMP and/or ISO 13485

  • Experience as an internal or external auditor. Certification as an auditor is an advantage

  • Experience in Change Control

  • Experience in CAPA/Root Cause Analyses

  • Experience in Medical Device or Pharma industry is an advantage. Alternatively, you may have similar experience from the food industry, chemical, Oil & Gas industries or from a relevant certification body / authority, to name but a few

  • Experience with environmental programmes would be a nice-to-have

  • Fluency in Norwegian or other Scandinavian language in addition to English
