Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, and install machinery to maintain operational efficiency

⚙️ Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to reduce downtime

⚡ Work with electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, TIG welding, and plumbing

Maintain accurate maintenance logs and follow all safety policies

Collaborate with contractors and service providers professionally

️ Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and food safety programs (preferred)

What We're Looking For:

✔️ Experience: Background in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and equipment maintenance

✔️ Skills: Strong troubleshooting ability, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail

✔️ Certifications: Ammonia refrigeration certification (required)

✔️ Technical Knowledge: Ability to read manuals, schematics, and technical documents

✔️ Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. , climb stairs, bend, and work in a fast-paced production environment

Schedule & Work Environment:

8-hour shifts with regular attendance required
