JOB SUMMARYProvide optimum test solutions and strategies through the effective management of people, systems, procedures and equipment. Drive innovation and continuous improvement within Test Engineering by harnessing new technologies in the areas of systems, equipment, and processes. Provide exceptional support to customers, team members, and shareholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership:
Recruit, mentor, and develop Test Engineering staff.
Set clear goals and ensure consistent performance evaluations.
Foster strong communication and teamwork within the department.
Strategy & Cost Management:
Align test engineering strategies with campus goals.
Streamline processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Regularly update leadership on strategic execution.
Technical Oversight:
Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and process innovation.
Ensure customer-focused solutions and manage test equipment procurement.
Uphold company policies, especially in health, safety, and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
Practical work experience with test processes in hardware manufacturing;
Bachelor’s degree (Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering preferred).
7+ years of relevant experience, including min 2+ years in management.
Strong problem-solving, technical, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Croatian is preferred.
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
Analytical skills, ability to assess the risk occurring in a process/product.
Organizational skills, ability to plan activities, resources, costs.
Ability to manage and motivate a team..
